These 1-inch thick plastic reflective rails are designed to be more durable and weather-resistant than traditional wood rails, yet remain lightweight and easy to carry and install. The bright, reflective orange stripes ensure high visibility for both pedestrians and motorists, day or night. Measuring 8" tall by 6'/4' long, these rails are ideal for mounting on A-cades and Type III barriers, providing a secure barricade around potholes, construction zones, or landscaping sites. Rail holders are sold separately, and you can add a custom label in bold black text at no additional set-up cost. Available in both Engineer Grade and High-Intensity Reflective options, these rails come with an NCHRP-350 crashworthy rating for enhanced safety.

Larger or bulk orders may require 1 additional business day for handling & processing, depending on size and complexity of the order.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer two main shipping methods based on the size and weight of your order: UPS Small Package and LTL Freight. Orders are typically delivered within 1-4 business days after handling & processing is complete.

UPS Small Package (for orders under 150 pounds):
Orders weighing less than 150 pounds are shipped via UPS Small Package, with delivery typically taking 1-4 business days. If your order exceeds 150 pounds, it will either be divided into multiple boxes or shipped via LTL Freight. UPS will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. If no one is available to receive the package, UPS may leave it in a secure location, weather permitting. If delivery is unsuccessful after the third attempt, the shipment will be returned to us.
LTL Freight (Less Than Truckload):
For orders over 150 pounds or large bulk shipments, we use an LTL carrier with delivery typically taking 1-4 business days. LTL deliveries require someone to be present to unload and sign for the shipment. Deliveries are made to the rear of the truck (tailgate), and the driver is not responsible for unloading. If you don’t have access to a loading dock or forklift, please contact us to arrange for a truck with a hydraulic lift-gate for an additional fee.

Our Reflective Plastic Rails are backed by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal usage.

This warranty includes protection against manufacturing defects such as improper molding, delamination of reflective sheeting, or material failure. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, impact, modifications, or exposure to extreme weather. Normal wear and tear is excluded.
