- Smaller orders that can be shipped via UPS Small Package typically have handling & processing completed within 1-2 business days.
- Larger or bulk orders may require 1 additional business day for handling & processing, depending on size and complexity of the order.
Order Cut Off Time: Orders placed after 2 PM (Central Standard Time) will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer two main shipping methods based on the size and weight of your order: UPS Small Package and LTL Freight. Orders are typically delivered within 1-4 business days after handling & processing is complete.
- UPS Small Package (for orders under 150 pounds):
Orders weighing less than 150 pounds are shipped via UPS Small Package, with delivery typically taking 1-4 business days. If your order exceeds 150 pounds, it will either be divided into multiple boxes or shipped via LTL Freight. UPS will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. If no one is available to receive the package, UPS may leave it in a secure location, weather permitting. If delivery is unsuccessful after the third attempt, the shipment will be returned to us. - LTL Freight (Less Than Truckload):
For orders over 150 pounds or large bulk shipments, we use an LTL carrier with delivery typically taking 1-4 business days. LTL deliveries require someone to be present to unload and sign for the shipment. Deliveries are made to the rear of the truck (tailgate), and the driver is not responsible for unloading. If you don’t have access to a loading dock or forklift, please contact us to arrange for a truck with a hydraulic lift-gate for an additional fee.

- Over 150 lbs: We show an estimated LTL freight charge at checkout:
- $150 for commercial
- $225 for residential or lift-gate service
