How Are the Covers Installed?

Safety Supplies USA bollard covers are designed for quick and effortless installation within seconds. No tools or adhesives are needed. Each cover comes with two strips of installation foam. Simply position the foam strips in a cross pattern on the existing pipe, then slide the cover securely into place!

At Safety Supplies USA, we typically complete handling & processing on all orders within 1-3 business days.

Smaller orders that can be shipped via UPS Small Package typically have handling & processing completed within 1-2 business days.
Larger or bulk orders may require 1 additional business day for handling & processing, depending on size and complexity of the order.

Order Cut Off Time: Orders placed after 2 PM (Central Standard Time) will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer two main shipping methods based on the size and weight of your order: UPS Small Package and LTL Freight. Orders are typically delivered within 1-4 business days after handling & processing is complete.

UPS Small Package (for orders under 150 pounds):
Orders weighing less than 150 pounds are shipped via UPS Small Package, with delivery typically taking 1-4 business days. If your order exceeds 150 pounds, it will either be divided into multiple boxes or shipped via LTL Freight. UPS will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. If no one is available to receive the package, UPS may leave it in a secure location, weather permitting. If delivery is unsuccessful after the third attempt, the shipment will be returned to us.
LTL Freight (Less Than Truckload):
For orders over 150 pounds or large bulk shipments, we use an LTL carrier with delivery typically taking 1-4 business days. LTL deliveries require someone to be present to unload and sign for the shipment. Deliveries are made to the rear of the truck (tailgate), and the driver is not responsible for unloading. If you don’t have access to a loading dock or forklift, please contact us to arrange for a truck with a hydraulic lift-gate for an additional fee.

$225 for residential or lift-gate service

Our 8⅞″ x 72″ Top Bollard Covers with Reflective Stripes come with a 6-year fade-resistance warranty, protecting against cracking, fading, or material breakdown under normal conditions.

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, including issues with reflective stripes, color integrity, or structural durability. It does not cover damage caused by impact, misuse, alterations, or normal wear and tear.
