How to Measure for the Right Fit

Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, just under your arms, keeping it parallel to the floor. For waist, measure around your natural waistline just above the hip bone. If you’re between sizes, always size up — vests are designed for a relaxed, over-clothing fit. Wearing over a heavy jacket or sweatshirt? Go up 1–2 sizes to maintain full range of motion.
