Shipping Methods
We ship out most bollard cover orders via UPS Ground. If your total order weighs over 150 lbs, we’ll ship it via LTL Freight instead.
We recommend purchasing a minimum of 4 qty or more bollard covers for consolidated shipping!

Delivery
UPS Ground deliveries usually arrive in 1–4 business days depending on your location.
If your order ships via LTL Freight, someone must be present to receive and unload the shipment. LTL trucks deliver to the rear of the truck only — drivers do not unload. If you don’t have a dock or forklift, please choose residential/liftgate delivery at checkout.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed after 2 PM CST will begin processing the next business day.
Freight Charges
For orders shipping via UPS Ground, you will see exact freight charges directly on the checkout page.
If your order ships via LTL Freight, we show an estimated shipping charge at checkout: $150 for commercial addresses and $225 for residential or liftgate deliveries. After you place your order, we’ll get quotes from multiple LTL carriers to find the most reliable, fastest, and cost-effective option, then email you the exact freight cost before shipping.

Our Bollard Covers come with a 6-year fade-resistance warranty, protecting against cracking, fading, or material breakdown under normal conditions.
It covers any defects in materials or workmanship, including issues with color or structural integrity. Damage caused by impacts, misuse, alterations, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
