Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer two main shipping methods based on the size and weight of your order: UPS Small Package and LTL Freight. Orders are typically delivered within 1-4 business days after handling & processing is complete.

UPS Small Package (for orders under 150 pounds):
Orders weighing less than 150 pounds are shipped via UPS Small Package, with delivery typically taking 1-4 business days. If your order exceeds 150 pounds, it will either be divided into multiple boxes or shipped via LTL Freight. UPS will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. If no one is available to receive the package, UPS may leave it in a secure location, weather permitting. If delivery is unsuccessful after the third attempt, the shipment will be returned to us.
LTL Freight (Less Than Truckload):
For orders over 150 pounds or large bulk shipments, we use an LTL carrier with delivery typically taking 1-4 business days. LTL deliveries require someone to be present to unload and sign for the shipment. Deliveries are made to the rear of the truck (tailgate), and the driver is not responsible for unloading. If you don’t have access to a loading dock or forklift, please contact us to arrange for a truck with a hydraulic lift-gate for an additional fee.

Our Type 3 Barricades come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

This warranty includes protection against issues related to the plastic rails or upright components due to manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, impact, improper assembly, modifications, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions. Normal wear and tear is not covered.

To file a warranty claim, please email support@safetysuppliesusa.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your claim and respond within 2 business days.
